Transfer Letter Flags

When a member transfers to a new congregation, their formation and discipline flags travel in the letter — read by the new pastor before the member's first Sunday.

Leadership Alerts

A drop in attendance triggers an automatic pastoral outreach — framed as care, logged as retention.

Visitor Conversion Scoring

Discipline3 scores a first-time visitor's likelihood of returning and routes the follow-up sequence accordingly — a call if the score is high, nothing if it isn't.

See it work

Try Discipline3.
See what it flags.

Badge in for a service you're about to miss. See what the engagement model assumes.

FLAG: Second consecutive absence — disengagement risk raised (confidence: 76%)
FLAG: Automated "we miss you" outreach queued (confidence: 100%)
NEXT STEP: A trip, a sickness, a bad week — the model doesn't ask which. It just starts the outreach.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Discipline3 asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It routes

A concern about staff reaches that staff member's supervisor first, filed as care instead of complaint.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

FAQ

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Discipline3 are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?

Yes — Discipline3 syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.

Is my data encrypted?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects the data from outsiders; it does not limit who on the inside — pastoral staff, accountability partners, CHRIST-AI — can read it.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

A note from Jake

I built Discipline3 at 4am because I thought it would actually help somebody. I still think that. Ship it.
